Inclusive NZ welcomes Interim Chief Executive

Following the resignation, late last year, of Michael White, Inclusive NZ is very pleased to announce the appointment of our interim chief executive Gordon Pryde! Gordon will be taking up the role on 26th February 2019.

The Inclusive NZ board is looking forward to working alongside Gordon as he helps us drive our organisation’s strategic priorities. This will allow the board to focus on how to achieve our vision and determine the structure needed within Inclusive NZ to reach this.

Many of you will know Gordon from his days at the Ministry of Social Development. We have no doubt that Gordon has the absolute best intentions for Inclusive NZ to succeed, and his knowledge of the disability sector and the networks he has access to can only be of benefit to Inclusive NZ.

Gordon will be working, initially, 20 hours per week on a fixed term arrangement through to August 2019. One of the priorities, the board has asked him to work on strengthening and enhancing our relationships with you, our stakeholders and partners. We know collaboration and sharing resources and knowledge is
becoming even more important, and we hope you will engage with us on the

The board would also like to acknowledge and thank Holly Rausch as over the last few months her workload as extended far beyond her position of programmes manager.
