Our colleagues at Careerforce have introduced a new Level 4 qualification called Certificate in First Line Management for the Social, Health and Hygiene sectors.

The programme structure is very similar to our Action Research process, which provides you with the opportunity to get a qualification by taking part in the Action Research project!
